What is your return policy?

HYGENIC PURPOSES

Please note for hygienic purposes all skincare and beauty products are final sale. No returns or exchanges. To request an order cancellation please email info@jadealyciabeauty.com to request a refund 1 - 2hrs after placing the initial order. Kindly note, after the 2hr time maximum has expired orders can not be canceled as it has already been entered into processing.

Please allow up to 3-5 business for your request and refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement.

Yes, our skincare products are specifically formulated to pamper sensitive skin types with all-natural ingredients. We recommend trying available samples prior to purchasing full bottle sizes for extremely sensitive skin types.
