HOW IT WORKS
When you've used up your JAB products instead of purchasing new bottles, send us your empty ones to be refilled and sent back to you!
RECYCLE + REFILL
STEP 1:
Log into your Jade Alycia Beauty Account. Add to shopping bag all desired refills based on your previous shopping history and proceed to checkout.
LOG IN + SHOP
STEP 2:
Once you have purchased your refills, a refill request form will be emailed to you. Fill it out and submit it in order to complete your refill order.
REQUEST + RETURN
STEP 3:
Use the pre-paid shipping label provided to return all JAB bottles for refill. We will refill your bottles and ship them back to you within 5-7 business days of receiving them.
